Status<\/strong>: Full-time; one-year grant-funded position with possibility for an extension<\/p>\n

Salary\/Benefits<\/strong>: $70,000 and eligible for benefits<\/p>\n

LION<\/a>, News Catalyst, and other soon-to-be-announced partners are joining to launch a new project that will support aspiring local news founders, who have been historically shut out of media ownership.<\/p>\n

To help us round out the team, we are hiring a product manager who will create and execute the onboarding and training of founders. This position will live on LION\u2019s team while reporting to deputy director Anika Anand, and will work very closely with Heather Bryant, Tyler Fisher and the rest of the News Catalyst team<\/a>\u00a0and other partners.<\/p>\n

This position will require someone who is excellent at making complicated materials accessible, extremely collaborative and can juggle multiple stakeholders across two organizations. The strongest candidate for this position will be someone who is eager to help us build from the ground up.<\/p>\n
